1. These terms govern your access to and use of Barbara AI and the material published on this website. By using the site you accept them in full.
2. The site is intended for adults aged 18 and over. If you are below that age you must not use Barbara AI.
3. All companion profiles are works of fiction. Names, histories and personalities are invented and are not modelled on identifiable living individuals.
4. Portraits accompanying each profile are generated illustrations of fictional characters and are not photographs of real people.
5. Nothing published on Barbara AI is medical, legal, psychological or financial advice, and conversations must not be relied upon as a substitute for a qualified professional.
6. If you are in crisis or at risk of harm, contact your local emergency service or a recognised support line rather than this site.
7. You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you provide, including the contact details you submit through forms.
8. You agree not to use the site to publish or transmit unlawful, abusive, defamatory, harassing or deliberately misleading material.
9. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its servers, or any connected system.
10. Automated scraping, bulk downloading and systematic republication of site content are not permitted without prior written consent.
11. All text, layout, design elements and imagery on Barbara AI are protected by copyright and remain the property of the operator or its licensors.
12. You may quote short extracts of published articles for review or commentary, provided the source is clearly credited with a link.
13. Trade names and marks used on the site may not be reproduced in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation.
